Drum Ambition Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read these terms and conditions carefully.

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, you are signing up to and accepting a monthly recurring subscription of either USD$29, or a one-off payment for annual access of USD$199.
  • Monthly Plan subscribers are responsible for terminating a subscription agreement. This must be done through the "My Account" page - accessed via your Dashboard. No retrospective refunds can be given.
  • Our Happiness Guarantee allows you 14 days from creating your subscription/purchase to claim a refund if you are unhappy with any aspect of your plan. If you choose to return to Drum Ambition after making a successful refund claim, no future refunds will be permitted.
  • All pricing is listed in United Stated Dollars.
  • Subscriptions from outside the USA are subject to exchange rate fluctuations, and your bank may charge an international transaction fee. Please contact them for more details.
  • In creating a subscription, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted our Privacy Policy.
  • Drum Ambition currently consists of 5 Modules, featuring 60 drum set lesson videos, ten music notation videos, 25 Special Feature videos, five other informational videos, downloadable sheet music for all lessons, and additional audio files.
  • The views represented on this website, written or on video, are those of Drum Ambition LLC.
  • The original video, audio, and written content from this website is the property of Drum Ambition LLC and may not be duplicated, recorded, or broadcasted without our written permission. We have the right to suspend and/or cancel accounts that we suspect are in breach of this condition.
  • All video content is hosted and streamed through the Drum Ambition website and accessed via a Membership Area. It is not downloadable and is owned by Drum Ambition LLC.
  • Drum Ambition LLC is registered in the State of California, USA. The Drum Ambition name is a Registered Trademark. Any legal dispute with Drum Ambition LLC must be settled according to the State law of California, and/or Federal law of the USA; whichever is applicable.
  • Drum Ambition LLC reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at any time.
